Preparing to Feed Your Baby

How dads, partners and family can support feeding

Dads, partners and family members can all support feeding.

In this video we talk about the ways to get involved, from helping with feeds and skin-to-skin contact, to offering encouragement and practical support at home.

Your help really matters. It supports your baby, your partner and the whole family.

If you’re unsure about anything or something doesn’t feel right, please contact your midwife or health visitor, they are here to help.
