Bottle Feeding - Practical Tips and Support

You might be feeding your baby with formula, expressed breast milk, or a combination of breast and bottle feeding.

Whatever you choose, in this video we talk about ways to help your baby feed from the bottle calmly and comfortably.

If you’re unsure about anything or something doesn’t feel right, please contact your midwife or health visitor, they are here to help.

Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Norfolk Healthy Child Service has a team of infant feeding champions who can contact you by video call/telephone initially to discuss your questions and refer you to further help if required. All of our staff are trained to Unicef standards to provide you with the best possible breastfeeding support and advice.

Norfolk’s Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS) offers support for all parents and carers with children aged 0 to 5 years.

National Breastfeeding Helpline offers breastfeeding information and support available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, call 0300 100 0212.
