Staying Safe in the Home

Housing & Home Environment

Your home and community make a difference to how you and your family are able to enjoy time together safely. Not every family has their own place to live and not everyone has the right housing for their families needs. This can be very stressful and affect the whole family.

If you do not feel your housing situation is good enough for your family contact your local council to discuss your options;

You can get help and advice on a wide range of problems with housing from the charities below;

 Shelter - Get Help

Shelter – Problems with Landlords

Citizen’s Advice - Housing
