Pathway To Parenting (P2P)

Pathway to Parenting (P2P) is a programme for parents to be. It helps you think about the development of your unborn baby and the first few weeks after birth. It includes how things may change when you become a parent and some of the practical skills you might need to care for your baby. There are lots of ideas and activities to support families.

Session 1

Becoming a parent.

Session 2

Feeding and caring for your baby.

Session 3

Preparing for labour and birth.

Session 4

Keeping yourself and baby well.
