Services To Support You & Your Family

Healthy Child Programme Services 5-19

Planned Appointments

Home Visits

  • Our staff will be wearing PPE; masks, and sometimes aprons or gloves. We would be grateful if adults present for the visit wear a mask and if you could limit the number of people present in the room.
  • Please put any dogs in another room before you open the door. They are sometimes confused and may react unpredictably when visitors wear masks.

Video Appointments

  • Video appointments are completed using a secure NHS platform.
  • Visit the video appointment page to find out more or join your appointment.

Just One Number & Parentline

Our Just One Number team can help you by providing health advice and information about your baby, child or young person. They are able to support you over the telephone, video call or text. Just call 0300 300 0123 or text 07520 631590 with any questions or concerns about your child's health, wellbeing, communication or development. You can also call Just One Number to change appointments or update your contact details.

This service is available from Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The phone line can get very busy sometimes but you can leave a voicemail with your details, and a member of the team will call you back as soon as possible.
