Healthy Child Programme Other Services

In order to protect staff and other patients, if you have any symptoms of measles (a fever and a rash that starts from the head/neck down), and have not been vaccinated please do not attend any planned appointments.

School Height & Weight Checks (NCMP)

We visit all reception age and year 6 children in Norfolk as part of the National Childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP). For children and young people who are educated at home, please contact Just One Number on 0300 300 0123 to discuss with the team.

Emotional Health Pathway

We are here to support the emotional health of the whole family through pregnancy, childhood and adolescence. We can support you with the ups and downs of family life and we can refer to more specialist agencies when needed.

Teenage Parents Pathway (TPP)

If you are expecting a baby before the age of twenty we want to help you get off to the best possible start. As well as the universal (for everyone) service you can choose to have extra support on everything from understanding your baby to getting back into education or employment.
