Building Confidence and Managing Anxiety in Your Child (Under 12s) - Part 1

Psychology in Schools Team - NSFT

This workshop is for parents of children under 12 who have attended or viewed a recording of the Psychology in Schools Team anxiety workshop “Supporting our Young People with Anxiety” and/or “Managing Big Feelings”. This is the first part of a two-part webinar is delivered by the Under 18s Wellbeing Team part of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. It will provide additional strategies and aims to further develop understanding of anxiety, so that parents feel more confident in supporting their young people.

If you are worried about a young person, these sessions will provide information about online radicalisation and extremism and where you can get help.

They will assist in awareness and information about those young people susceptible to online radicalisation and extremism. The sessions will be run by a former reformed Extreme Right-Wing (ERW) activist and mentor who now supports people to leave extremism and helps them build resilience for the future.

Childhood Neurodiversity: The Benefits and Problems with Using Technology

If you would like some help to access or book onto these events please call our Just One Number team on 0300 300 0123. They will be able to answer any questions and offer support. 

Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
