Request for Support

Norfolk & Waveney Access to Mental Health Advice & Support 0-25

From 2nd April 2024 all requests for mental health support for 0-25 year olds across Norfolk & Waveney will be processed by Just One Number.

The team in Just One Number will review all the information outlined in the request and support children, young people and their families access a range of options to improve their mental health and wellbeing, including:

  • Self-care resources

  • Advice and guidance

  • Access to mental health or emotional wellbeing support services.

When appropriate, the team will pass any information you share to an organisation that will best support the child / young person or young adult. Sometimes we might feel further intervention is not needed, but we will contact you to let you know this and offer some advice and guidance to support.

Details about what is happening to your request will be sent to your account. This will include self-care resources and, if required, details of the organisation the request has been passed onto once it has been processed. The outcome will also be sent to your GP.
