Eat Better

Food Labels

Understanding how to read the nutrition labels on foods and drinks helps us choose healthier food and drinks.

Why not get your children involved in checking labels out too?

Labelling on food packages will also give you storage information on the food and will show an ingredients list with the most common allergens clearly shown so they stand out from the other ingredients.
