Pelvic Health Webinar

January 18th - 19:00

Our physiotherapists invite you to attend a Webinar to discuss urinary dysfunction and how to look after your pelvic health to prevent pelvic floor issues and how to look after yourself during pregnancy.

We have created a safe zone for you to ask questions and get tips on self-care. Find out how to look after your body as it changes in pregnancy, and recovers after birth.

The webinars are on Microsoft Teams which is free to download or use. The sessions are relaxed and informal, you don't need your camera or microphone on if you don't want to.

Toddler Tears, Tantrums & Expected Behaviour 

January 27th - 19:00 

At this interactive information session, for parents and carers of 0-5s in Norfolk, you will find out about all the normal behaviour you might expect from your toddler, the reasons behind what they do, and how you and your family can deal with any challenges.

There will also be time to ask questions to child development and healthcare professionals.

St Giles SOS+ County Lines Norfolk Parents Webinar

This Gangs & County Lines Parents’ Session consists of speakers utilising their lived experience within the criminal justice system to unpack and explore the realities and consequences of county lines drug smuggling, gang involvement, criminal exploitation and serious youth violence.

The session will allow parents to identify signs and triggers that a young person might be involved in a county line and know how to appropriate respond.

The webinar includes a live Q&A.

The discussion groups for parents will be held Thursday 10th March 19:00-20:00 and Saturday 12th March 09:00-10:00.

This informative group will discuss:

  • Keeping your baby warm after birth
  • Delayed cord clamping
  • Skin to Skin and Feeding
  • Keeping your baby warm in the early days
  • Room temperatures
  • Bathing and clothing your newborn
  • Safe car seat temperatures
