Being a parent can bring with it joys as well as challenges. This workshop is for parents with a baby where the stresses of the parenting role is impacting on their wellbeing. The workshop will look at all the changes which happen during this time and explore how these changes can leave people stuck in a negative cycle. It also offers strategies on how to break this cycle in order to manage low mood and worry.
This is a live online webinar presentation, where you log in on your computer, phone or tablet. A clinician will present the workshop via webcam. You will not be seen by other attendees and you can ask questions to and share experiences with the facilitator in real time via a chat function that is private and not visible to the rest of the group.
